Boot Camp

Training for those competing in 5k’s, 10k’s, half marathons, marathons, mud runs, Warrior Dashes, Ruckus Runs, Tough Mudders, and more!

When: Every Tuesday/Thursday 5:30- 6:30 PM- RAIN OR SHINE!

What: 1 hour session- Classes change every meeting!  Some days we will go outside and run the Fartlek course, other days we will stay inside and do a mixture of HIIT training and strength circuits.  With half racks, platforms, bumper plates, dual cable crosses, dumbbells, an entire cardio studio, and 47.5 acres at our disposal, we will never run out of obstacles to throw at you.  Let’s see where those muscles can carry you!

Where: John Burroughs School.  We will meet in the fitness studio, upstairs in the new JBS Athletic Center.  To get there: park in the Clayton Road lot and walk towards the entrance to the left of the Taylor Athletic Center sign.  Once inside, go through the lobby, towards the Athletics building, up the stairs and to the left.  The fitness studios are just passed the elevator.

Note: Boot camp hibernates during the winter- utilizing the fitness facilities and indoor track when it’s too cold to go outside.

Cost: $100 for a package of 11 classes (can be used towards other classes) or drop in for $10 per session.
