Private, one on one, or small group sessions for individuals who are looking to improve their current level of fitness, get back into shape, lose weight, correct muscle imbalances, prevent injury, or prehab/rehab. Together we will set realistic and attainable goals while taking into account any limitations or ailments when it comes to program design. The training will be catered to each individual’s ability and, over the course of each half-hour, hour, and/or ten sessions, we will accomplish those goals together.

30 Minute Sessions and Packages:

10 Sessions: $350 (Plus one extra 30 Minute Fitness Assessment for New Clients)
The packages listed above are available for small group training (2-6 individuals). A 15% charge will be added for groups of two or more.
