Speed Play is the English translation of the Swedish word fartlek. Fartlek training is a form of continuous interval training that seamlessly blends high and low intervals together. And that’s what this class is all about- pushing both your aerobic and anaerobic capacities to the limit! Using WODs, circuits, team competitions, and stations, workouts will promote functional strength training while developing a higher level of conditioning. Whether your goal is to gain/maintain strength, tone up, or lose weight, together we can customize each class, movement by movement, to meet your expectations, regardless of ability or fitness level.
