Sport Specific Training

This training is geared towards serious athletes regardless of sport, age, gender, and/or skill level. The sport specific training includes a nutritional guideline, fitness assessment, pre and post-tests, customized programing, and individualized training. Beginners in middle school, wanting to learn what it means to be an athlete, will get an introduction to the work and dedication it takes off the field to become a player. High school and collegiate athletes will be pushed to their limits and beyond by a customized program that pertains to their sport. Athletes are more than welcome to bring in outside programs, which will be reviewed thoroughly, tweaked for the individual, and explained in detail, as we work towards creating a faster, stronger, healthier player.

Pricing:

60 Minute Sessions and Packages:
1 Session: $75
5 Sessions: $350
10 Sessions: $650 (Plus one extra 60 Minute Fitness Assessment for New Clients)

30 Minute Sessions and Packages:
1 Session: $45
5 Sessions: $200
10 Sessions: $350 (Plus one extra 30 Minute Fitness Assessment for New Clients)

Group Pricing:
The packages listed above are available for small group training (2-6 individuals). A 15% charge will be added for groups of two or more.
